Setting Up Payment

To set up payment for Aura parental control, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Aura account on the Aura website.
2. Click on the "Billing" tab in the left-hand menu.
3. Choose your payment plan. You can choose between a monthly or annual plan, depending on your preference.
4. Enter your payment information. Aura accepts credit cards and PayPal.
5. Click on the "Subscribe" button to complete the payment process.

Once you've set up payment, your account will be automatically charged on a recurring basis, depending on the payment plan you chose. If you ever need to change your payment information, you can do so by visiting the "Billing" tab in your account settings.

Payment Options for Aura

Aura parental control accepts two types of payment methods: Credit card and PayPal. You can use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card to pay for Aura subscription. If you prefer to use PayPal, you can also link your PayPal account to your Aura account and make payments using that method.

Free Trial

All Aura premium plans come with a 14-day free trial. This allows users to test out the premium features of the app before committing to a paid subscription. To avail of the free trial, users must sign up for a premium plan and enter their payment information.

During the trial period, users won't get charged yet, but they will have access to all the premium features of the app. If they decide to cancel their subscription within the 14-day trial period, they won't be charged at all. However, if they choose to continue using Aura after the trial period, they will be charged based on their chosen payment plan.

Remember: Users can cancel their subscription anytime, even during the free trial period.

While the free plan can be a good way to try out Aura and its features, parents who want more advanced protection for their children may want to consider subscribing to the premium plans.

Billing System

Aura’s billing uses a recurring payment system that charges your chosen payment method automatically based on the subscription plan you have selected. When you sign up for an account, you will be prompted to select a payment plan, either monthly or annually.

If you choose the monthly plan, your payment method will be charged every month on the same date that you signed up. If you choose the annual plan, your payment method will be charged once per year on the anniversary of the date you signed up.

Once you have signed up and provided your payment information, Aura will automatically charge your payment method after the 14-day trial period has ended. If there are any issues with your payment method or if the payment fails, Aura will notify you and request that you update your payment information.

It's important to note: Aura will automatically renew your subscription at the end of each billing period, depending on the payment plan you chose, unless you cancel or modify your subscription settings. Premium Plans

The cost of Aura's Premium plan depends on whether you choose to pay monthly or annually. Aura offers three plans: Individual, Couple, and Family

• The Individual plan costs $15 per month if billed monthly, or $12 per month if billed annually.
• The Couple plan costs $29 per month if billed monthly, or $22 per month if billed annually.
• The Family plan costs $50 per month if billed monthly, or $37 per month if billed annually.

Changing Your Payment Method

When you change your payment method in Aura, you might be charged with an authorization hold amounting to $8. This however will be refunded back to your account within 7 days, depending on your bank. To update your payment method, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Aura account at my.aura.com.
2. Accomplish the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) if this prompt appears.
3. Hover over your initials in the top right corner and select "Membership".
4. Click the three dots and select "Update".
5. Enter the required payment information and then click on "Save".

Cancelling Account Subscription

Aura provides a 60-day money-back guarantee for all its subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can easily cancel your membership by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Aura account: Go to Aura's website and log in to your account using your registered email address and password.
2. Access Membership Information: Once you have logged in, click on the Membership link located under your profile image to access your membership information.
3. Initiate Cancellation: On the Membership page, click on the "Cancel Membership" button to start the cancellation process.

Aura’s Refund Policy

If you signed up for a free trial of Aura, your membership purchase date will be the same as the date you signed up for the trial. You will have a total of 60 days from the date you signed up for the free trial to cancel your membership and request a refund.

Should you decide to switch to a new annual plan within 60 days of your initial Aura annual subscription, you may still qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, based upon your initial annual plan purchase date. However, it's important to note that the Money Back Guarantee only applies to the premium plans, not the basic plan, and refunds will only be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.

Annual Payments

You can pay for Aura’s parental control services annually. When you sign up for an account, you will be prompted to select a payment plan, either monthly or annually.

Remember: Your subscription will automatically be renewed by the end of each billing period, depending on the payment plan you chose. If you choose to pay annually, they will automatically charge your payment method for the next year on the anniversary of the date you signed up, unless you cancel your subscription or modify your subscription settings.
